Gravvålnad plays a slow, atmospheric, and epic form of black metal, combining melodic guitar riffs and leads with dark, raw production and prominent synths. The music features high-pitched black metal screams, occasional clean chants and spoken passages, traditional metal influences, and touches of folk, with many tracks unfolding at an expansive, epic length.
