Shipping and handling charges are presented at checkout. If the actual shipping cost ends up being significantly less than what you paid, we'll refund the difference (less supplies). All packages are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS).

International Customers: with the constant changes and rapid increase in shipping prices, please bare with us as we continue to refine our process. If you are in the process of ordering and the shipping fee quoted is extremely high, feel free to contact us prior to placing the order so we can review and try to make it right. Outside of the US, Alte Seelen releases are currently available through Propaganda Records(Ukraine), Iron Bonehead(Germany), Drakkar Productions(France), Northern Silence Records(Germany), Avantgarde Music(Italy). These may be your best option for manageable shipping expenses.

Unless otherwise stated, we will make every effort to have all orders out the door within two business days of ordering. If we encounter some unexpected significant delay, you will be notified. Based on items ordered, you may receive more than one package. In these cases, you will not be charged additional S & H for the second parcel. Once your items have shipped, you will receive tracking information.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by USPS or other carriers during transit. If you are concerned about this or have had issues in the past, we’re happy to insure the items at time of shipping but that cost is the buyers responsibility.

For any questions, concerns or special requests regarding shipping, such as adding insurance or using a carrier other than the USPS, please send a message prior to ordering.

All sales are considered final unless they fall into one of the following categories:

- We shipped the wrong product(s)

- You have received a defective product (CD contains wrong music, LP skips excessively, etc.)

- Garment does not conform to indicated size (XL fits like a L, etc.) and is returned unwashed/unworn

- You ordered an item by mistake (wrong size garment, meant to order a different title from the same band)

If we cannot exchange it for a similar product, we will offer a refund, similar item or credit.

Refunds/exchanges will only be issued upon our receipt of the original item in the condition in which it was originally shipped.

In cases where you ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for the return shipping as well as covering our cost of shipping the new item to you.

Alte Seelen takes the security of our customers, partners and artists very seriously.

The hardware used to run our operation is stored securely, appropriately protected and only accessible to a single person at each location.

At no time will we share any piece of your PII (Personally Identifiable Information) with someone outside the Alte Seelen organization.

In addition to working with vendors who adhere to best practices in the realm of online security, we assure you that your PII will never be used or stored offline unless needed for shipping purposes.
